Local Design

Our team will meet with you in your home to see the space in person.  We can assist with anything as small as a room refresh or a fully re-designed home.  This is perfect for someone looking for hands-on design guidance from start to finish. 

• Create a design plan unique to your space (including prioritizing rooms, design boards and floor plan layouts) 
• Work closely with you to source furniture, paint color selection, accessories, and finishing touches  
• Adequately plan to make sure all furniture is perfect for you and your space
• Work with you to order and install all items 

After understanding your project needs, we will be able to quote you a price for your project. Our pricing is based on each room and dependent upon the scope of the project. We will lay out what is included in the pricing so there is a level of expectation of what will be delivered.  

Our virtual E-Design experience provides you with the blueprint to transform your space into your unique sanctuary, no matter where you live. This process is ideal for a client who works well via e-mail and is comfortable with executing the design vision we create and purchasing products online or with one of our design affiliates.

• Provide an initial phone consultation
• Create a design plan unique to your space (including a design board and floor plan layout)
• Source finishes, furniture and accessories that fit your budget
• Provide a shopping list for furniture and accessories which you will then purchase online or through one of our design affiliates
• Communicate via email throughout the design plan process

Once you purchase your e-design package by reaching out to our designers - you will receive an email that contains a link to fill out a form with details regarding your project. This helps us better understand your design style and wants/needs for your space.

When you submit your project form one of our House of Heron e-design project managers will reach out to schedule an introductory call to discuss your project. During this call, our e-design project manager will go over your needs in detail. Depending on the scope of your e-design project, we can work with existing furniture already in your space or come up with a completely new space. We ask that you have all the dimensions of the space and a few inspirational pictures ready to share with our designers. 

When the design work is completed, you will receive the following:  

• Detailed floor plan
• Concept images
• Design board 
• Shopping list to purchase furniture/accessory pieces including the following:
  • All furniture and accessory selections (art, rugs, decor)
  • All hard and soft finishes (flooring, tile, window treatments, paint colors, etc.)
  • All lighting and hardware
